The kit contains a main handy activity book, that is an informative and interactive book for
children, teaching them about the basics of Ayurveda. The texts are simple, fun, and can be remembered
easily. Children grasp a lot of information at this age, and the texts were created while keeping that in mind.
The main book is divided into five parts, along with stories and activities that are presented in a fun and colorful way, to make the learning process more memorable and enjoyable. Parents and children will not only learn about Ayurveda, but about themselves and how to make good choices about their health and well-being, through stories and activities.
As part of the collaterals of the kit, attached is a 'What's Your Dosha' Quiz. The quiz helps you find your unique constitution - 'Prakriti' or dominant Dosha. Your Dosha helps you navigate your life better, helping you take better more informed decisions for your health and wellness.
